Sheerskin Super Hydra Soothing Cream *sponsored product*

Cosmetic Love have been adding some exciting brands to their website lately, and one of the lesser known ones is a skincare brand called Sheer Skin.

I was sent the Super Hydra Soothing cream to review - perfect for my dry skin type.

The packaging is very clean and simple, with just a simple splash of colour. The moisturising cream is packaged in a thick glass tub, and has a plastic screw top lid.

Etude House Princess Etoinette Winter 2013 Collection Preview

etude house princess etoinette 2013 winter collection preview

Well hello lovelies! I'm in a bit of a tizz right now as I've just seen Etude House's newest release - it kind of came out of nowhere, as you know we had the highly hyped Minnie x Etude Collaboration released just 2 months ago!

I was wondering how Etude would have the time to prepare a Christmas Collection, but well here it is! And yes, you would recognise that this collection is not quite new...instead it's a rehaul and revamp of last year's Winter/Christmas collection concept - it's Princess Etoinette Part 2, haha.

They've gone with white rather than pink packaging this year. At first glance it seems as there are less items compared to last year's (ie, only 3 lipsticks compared to last year's 8!), however Etude has introduced some new and more pricier items, such as a hair mist, two  (10 shade) eyeshadow palettes, and an Eau De Toilette to distract us.

Super long post ahead...

Etude House Nymph Aura Line Balm Review *sponsored product*

Hello hello! Today I'm reviewing the Etude House Nymph Aura Line Balm - kindly provided by Beautynetkorea for review. The Line Balm is a solid foundation packaged in a compact, and is applied with a sponge puff - though the foundation is technically solid, it's actually quite soft and melts on contact, so it adheres to the skin very well, giving a natural finish.

It's a must-have if like me, you adore the glossy, radiant finish all the Kpop idols and actresses are rocking at the moment.

Etude House Rosy Tint Lips Review - #4 Sweet Poison *sponsored product*

Hi Loves, how are you?

Etude House Rosy Tint Lips #4 Sweet Poison

Today I'm going to be talking about one of the lip tints from Etude House's recent Fall collection, And Rose. It was a very romantic and more grown up collection from Etude, and part of the collection featured some gorgeous looking matte lip tints.

Beautynetkorea has kindly provided me one of these Rosy Tint Lips to review, in shade #4 Sweet Poison. I just love that name! It's not very 'Etude House', being a little more vampy and mysterious, but I like that.

Now, although these are marketed as lip tints, I'd say they're more creamier and more pigmented than tints - more like matte finish lip lacquers in my opinion.

Models Prefer Sweet Shadows Tin Swatches and Review

Models Prefer Sweet Shadows Tin swatches and review

Hi Lovelies

Today I've got swatches and a review of the Models Prefer holiday set - Sweet Shadows.

You may see that it bears an uncanny resemblance to Too Faced palettes - no coincidence, I'm sure. However as a kawaii-holic, I couldn't turn down this palette - anything that combines dessert with makeup, I need to have. I had to go to 3 different Priceline stores just to track it down!

It's an affordable $15. But did you know that Priceline's having a 40% off all cosmetics sale this Tuesday and Wednesday?! That makes this tin a measly $9! I wish I had waited, lol.

Etude House Minnie Glitter Nail Polishes and Nail Glitter Review *sponsored products*

Etude House Minnie Collection Glitter Nails

Hi Loves! I've been busy, busy this past week, so this post is overdue >_<

I've been teasing you (if you follow me on Instagram) with sneak peeks of posts I've been working on, after I received some seriously kawaii items from my new sponsor, Beautynetkorea. Y'all might be more familiar with them as they also operate under f2plus1 on ebay. Anyway, they have a brand new site of their own, so check it out here!

The first review is on some of the nail polishes and nail glitters from Etude House's latest, sweetest, cutest, limited edition collection - a collaboration with Minnie Mouse (see the collection here, if you haven't yet).

Benefit Holiday Set, Groovy Kind-a Love Swatches and Review *pic heavy*

Hi gorgeous gals! I've got a rather long and pic-heavy post for you today.

I recently splurged and treated myself to one of Benefit's Holiday Sets, as I had a gift voucher I wanted to use, and because I've wanted to try the highly raved about Benefit cosmetics for ages now.

Even with a gift voucher it wasn't easy to hand over my cash, as Benefit is not exactly cheap (especially given the price hike here in Australia). I went for the set which I thought had the most amount of products I would be happy to use. The Groovy kind-a love set seemed to be the most worthwhile 'investment' to me, though Little Love Potions came a close second.

Here's what the set looks like - not exactly the sort of packaging I like, but it's pretty retro and playful.

Benefit holiday set groovy kind a love

It retails at Myers at $69, nearly double the American price T_T

However, it's a great opportunity to try a decent range of products, without paying the full price. I mean, the full size Benetint costs $55 on it's own! I'd rather pay for sample sizes and be able to try more products, rather than buy one full size product at a time~

Burts Bees Lip Colour Range (Lip gloss, lip shine, and lip shimmer) Review *sponsored products*

Burt's Bees is a brand you need to check out if you like beauty products made from natural ingredients - especially if you also happen to be a bit of a lip product junkie! Earlier this year they launched a whole new range of lip glosses, lip shines, and natural balms - and guess what? It's all 100% natural.

Burt's Bees lip gloss, lip shine, and lip shimmer review

Whether you like brilliant shine, soft glosses, or pigmented colour, you'll be able to find something to like in the new range. I know I did.

Sweet As Sugar Macaron Makeup Look (Featuring EOS Lace Brown lenses)

Hi Lovelies! Hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween :)

A little while back Pinky Paradise sent me a pair of super cute lenses to try. I wanted to do something other than a straight up circle lens review, so I decided to play around and create a makeup look I normally wouldn't wear, to show off these lenses.

So I was inspired to make a macaron themed makeup look!

eos lace brown circle lens review

Although I do love colours, I always tend to play it safe with soft and neutral colours on myself. So jumping from brown eyeshadow to green eyeshadow was...interesting ^_^
