A slice of London & kawaii overload *image heavy*

Ok, so it's not really London T_T

Wedged between two other buildings >_<
Looks cute, no?

But it's the closest I'll be able to get for now! This place is in actual fact, right in the city (Perth), and it's possibly one of my favourite places ever ^_^

Stepping into London Court is almost like stepping into another time and place.

London Court was built in 1973, and was designed with inspiration from London during Elizabethan times. It's a really quaint and charming tourist spot, located right in the heart of our city business/shopping district. Inside there are many little businesses and shops.

London would never have such clear, blue skies?

This beautiful clock face is kind of a replica of  the 'great clock' in France. It chimes every 15 minutes! There's a replica of the 'Big Ben' clock at the other end but I forgot to take a pic :(

The figure in the window above the clock is St George fighting a dragon - because you can get to St George's Terrace (business district) through the other end of London Court.

Looks like a castle wall at the end!
All the entrances to upper and lower levels have cute archways and gates
Business signs in fancy script~
OOTD
Jacket - Temt
Dress - ?
Lace tights - Target
Mary Janes - Dotti
Cute windows and flower boxes - so quaint!
Actually, there's a bit of France and Spain here too!
Didn't have time to go upstairs to take a peek at London Court from above T_T
Next time I will~

Okay, now onto the real reason I was in the city - sisterly shopping time! Since it is the school hols my sis wanted to go to Morning Glory to look at some posters as she is a huge SHINee  (k-pop group) fan.

Morning Glory aka kawaii overload!
Mission accomplished - 12 new shiny (hehe, pun intended!), pretty posters
We decided to get octopus takoyaki for lunch - from a shop called takoyaki, lol
a cute Korean accessories shop - loving the giant HK shelf
In Diva - the interior is so cute and girlie ^^
ZOMG! A Korean cosmetics shop! In Perth! Perth!
Prices were quite inflated compared to online, but it's amazing to have a B&M store to browse in!
My sis' new posters
Her awesome new top from Jay Jays
It's got some cool cutouts/rips in it~
And that's the most interesting thing I did this week :)

Do you have anything like London Court in your city? And do you ever like to go play 'tourist'?

Thanks for reading!

  6. That building looks both adorable and lovely! And - Morning Glory! The one in the city where I live has closed down, sadly. We do have The Face Shop here as well, but like the one on your end, it's ridiculously pricey. It's probably more worth it to get things online!

Hmm, we used to have 2 MG shops, but now there's just the one~
I agree, it's much more affordable online, though it's nice just to be able to use the testers in store to figure out colours and such.

  13. London Court looks so interesting!! I thought it was really London before you said that it was in actual fact somewhere in Perth. Morning Glory has so many cute things~~

Cosmetics are so overpriced in Australia. I think I paid around $10 for each lip butter and I can't believer that it's $22 in Australia. Thanks for joining my giveaway and for always leaving nice comments on my blog ^-^ Good luck!!

  22. This city looks so cute <3 Normally when I go to a city I never pay attention to the buildings. But once I actually stop and stare I can't help but to think how beautiful everything is <3 Not necessarily the big popular cities, but also little villages. You're outfit is lovely btw, also your sis new top! I'm so jelly at other countries with hk/korean shops :o
